9,500 square ft house remodel

The remodel of this 9,500 sq. ft. house was a long project lasting nearly a year and ultimately costing about $250k (actually very inexpensive all things considered). However it raised the value of the property more than double that and since the homeowners purchased it at a government auction, after the remodel they could have made well over a million dollars if they had resold it. I was hired by both the General Contractor (GC) for the project, as well as the homeowners directly, to do several aspects of the construction and to supervise in the GC's absence. Some of the projects I did included the finish carpentry, radiant heat floors, some of the framing, miscellaneous electrical and pluming work, some of the tile work, installing doors and windows, installing appliances, setting cabinets, miscellaneous HVAC work, the security and computer network wiring, etc. I was essentially there to fill the gaps the sub contractors left and to pick up the random projects that didn't involve huge quantities.
