1,500 square ft house remodel

This project was a 1,500 sq. ft. whole house remodel in Pasadena, CA that had been half done before I was hired. I was hired to get it the rest of the way there. The Kitchen was largely incomplete and I set the cabinets, installed the flooring, did the finish plumbing and installed the appliances. The rest of the house just had random projects left undone such as the fireplace, the brickwork on the columns in front of the house needed some mortar work, some landscaping work was needed, toilets and sinks needed to be set in the two Bathrooms, some of the tile work was left ungrouted or only half the tile was laid, etc. This was a fix and flip project for the people who purchased it and hired me to do the work; so it was done with cost effectiveness in mind. IKEA cabinets were used in the kitchen, engineered wood floors throughout most of the house, ceramic tile in the Bathrooms, etc. This project is an example of creating a nice place to live at a reasonable cost.
